Program Description
By enrolling in the JTax Payments messaging program, you agree to receive SMS messages from Justice Tax LLC related to your account and tax resolution services. Messages may include payment reminders, past-due notices, account status updates, and other communications necessary to service and maintain an active account. Message frequency varies based on account activity. We do not charge you for the messages, but message and data rates may apply.
Consent & Eligibility
You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you provide consent to receive SMS communications from Justice Tax LLC at the mobile number you used to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years or older to participate.
How to Opt In
You may opt in through our service enrollment process, website forms, or other channels where we collect your consent to receive SMS communications related to your account.
Opt Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number from which you receive messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again through our standard enrollment process.

Justice Tax LLC does not charge you for sending or receiving messages; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies based on account activity. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Carrier & Delivery Disclosures
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network operators.

The Program is intended to work with major wireless carriers; however, availability may vary depending on your carrier and device.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when enrolling your mobile number and to notify us if your number changes. If your number is reassigned or transferred, please opt out or contact us to prevent messages from being sent to unintended recipients.

Program Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by changes to the Effective Date above. Continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Severability
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Justice Tax LLC operates. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
